Now available in Journal of Microscopy: a new invited short review entitled “Creating and troubleshooting microscopy analysis workflows: Common challenges and common solutions”.

In the first part, it gives a basic overview of common image analysis challenges that one may encounter. In the second, it goes over some generic, tool-agnostic strategies (hard-won after many years of figuring out just about every WRONG way to do things) for how you can try to overcome these problems and work effectively and efficiently to come up with the right workflow for your data and your question.
