I am a visiting PhD student at the Cimini lab under a Fulbright scholarship. During my PhD, I developed a high-throughput screening pipeline to rapidly test compounds against drug-resistant non-tuberculous mycobacteria (NTM), leading to the identification of promising drug candidates. I will analyze the complex data generated by cell painting assays to uncover the cellular pathways altered by these compounds in infected cells.
