Welcome to the Cimini Lab website!

The Cimini Lab is part of the Imaging Platform based at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA. It is led by Beth Cimini. Our team works with biologists to help them create image analysis workflows and makes open-source image analysis software. We believe that bioimage analysis should be easier and more available to everyone, regardless of access to resources or background/training.

Our laboratory is best known for our popular open source software CellProfilerCellProfiler Analyst, Piximi, Distributed-Something, and Bilayers.
